5 Essential Oils for Sleep
Apply Lavender to the bottoms of your feet or Diffuse for more restful sleep. Lavender can even reduce anxious feelings.*
2. Serenity (restful) Blend

3. Roman Chamomile
Calm your skin, mind, and body with Roman Chamomile essential oil. Apply topically or diffuse or even add a drop to your evening tea for feelings of calm.*
4. Peace Blend
Diffuse at night to create a calming environment or apply topically before going to bed. I apply Peace topically every night before bed. We also diffuse, in our Petal Diffuser, Peace in the Master bedroom at night.*
