More people have used essential oils than they realize. Essential oils are in the rind of an orange, the petal of a flower, or in the resin of a tree. Many of our essential oils have an herb sister sitting in your pantry. Essential Oils are unique to use in your cooking and baking because they are extremely potent – allowing for explosive flavors, and they have health benefits – helping your body to find optimal wellness.
