Your cycles should not be that bad.

Three Step Plan.

We can’t expect to heal or to feel better if we continue to take the poison. If you are dealing with too many estrogens you can’t expect to feel better if we keep exposing ourselves to the bad stuff. We have to get rid of the root, detox and rebalance, and deal with what side effects we have through the process.

Right now your “period solution” is probably just masking symptoms. You probably pop the pills (like tylenol or ibuprofen), use a heat pad, or eat your weight in chocolate. Those might feel better in the moment but they aren’t addressing the actual problem.

  1. Stop the poison. Throw out the plastics. Use glass or stainless steel. Stop the hormone-filled meats. Switch to organic or skip the meat altogether. Stop the sugar. Stop using toxic feminine supplies – yes, the ones covered in hormone disrupting chemicals. Switch to a cup (they work better!!) or use organic supplies. Consider stopping the hormonal birth control and trying other BC methods that don’t mess with your hormones.   2. Detox and Re-balance Do a cleanse (I do this cleanse a few times a year) to help reset your entire body. Start taking a good Phytoestrogen supplement (I personally take this one daily). Commit to change and stick to a re-balancing plan for the long haul. How long have you been poisoning your body? How long do you think it will take to heal from poisoning yourself for that long? Be realistic and be patient and consistent. Take a good bioavailable supplement daily, take good probiotics, eat lots of veggies, use essential oils daily (see suggestions below).
  3. Address Any Symptoms with Natural Solutions Grab an essential oil when you have a hormonal emotional swing. Grab an essential oil when you need your muscles soothed. Start supporting your body so that it can start to heal and function the way its supposed to. You aren’t supposed to be in debilitating pain.

You see, we all poison ☠️ ourselves daily. We use crappy endocrine-disrupting personal care products, we drink from plastic, we drink contaminated water, eat hormone-filled meats, among other things. Essential Oils for Your Cycle

ClaryCalm (Essential Oil Blend for Women)

  • During your menstrual cycle, apply to abdomen to experience a soothing and calming massage.
  • During moments of extra heat, apply to the skin for a cooling, soothing effect.
